These Terms regulate your use of the Quietpacificregency website and any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page, you declare this to be true. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows incur the full stay cost. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, violates our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is regulated by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not deposited in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Quietpacificregency or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

9. External links

This website may include links to third-party sites. We bear no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
